Orders placed after 12pm PST process the next business day. Friday after 12pm rolls to Monday.

Free standard shipping applies to orders over $60 USD shipped within the Continental United States. The following areas do not qualify for free shipping:
- Hawaii & Alaska
- Guam
- American Samoa
- Northern Mariana Islands
- Puerto Rico
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands
Standard shipping rates still apply to these regions at checkout.
Choosing your shipping method
Most orders ship within 3–8 business days, with possible delays during holidays. If you need an urgent shipment, reach out and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Priority Mail — Important items that need to arrive in 2–3 business days.
Express Priority Mail — Urgent shipments that must arrive in 1–3 business days. Includes date-certain delivery with a money-back guarantee.
All Priority and Express orders placed after 12pm PST will ship the following business day. Friday-afternoon orders process the following Monday.
Freight forwarding
Tenshoppe is not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages sent to freight-forwarding services. Missing-package refunds are at our discretion — we suggest filing a claim with the carrier directly.
If your shipping address is a forwarding address, you are responsible for contacting your forwarding company to locate your shipment.
